9ZC-6A Straw kneading machine is applied to the kneading process of cotton stalk, cornstalk, sorghum stalk, wheat straw, straw and other crop stalks and straws. It can knead various crop stalks and straws with length of 100-300mm into the thread with length of around 50mm. Therefore, the machine is applied to the papermaking, breed aquatics, biomass power generation and other fields.

1.      Workflow: The workflow of the machine is delivering the stalks to be processed to the kneading chamber by conveyor, kneading the materials through the interaction between hammer leaf revolving in high speed and kneading plate, and then throwing the kneaded materials out via throwing fan blade.

2.      The feeding hopper is equipped with multi-hole spray system so that it can regulate the moisture content and kneading degree of stalks.
